Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your Oodie back into its original vacuum-sealed bag or a protective mailing satchel, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Download Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized postal service point and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
